Fayemi accuses PDP of mayhem

The Kayode Fayemi Campaign Organization has raised an alarm over alleged plans by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ekiti State to cause mayhem and unleash violence on the people of the state. The organisation specifically accused PDP of attacking the party secretariat situated along Ajilosun road and vandalised some of the vehicles parked within the secretariat, while one of the party’s member, Mr Fatoye Babatunde,was said to have been shot by unknown gunmen. Speaking with the newsmen in Ado Ekiti,the Director-General of the organisation, Mr Bimbo Daramola, condemned the attack on the party’s secretariat by alleged agents of the PDP Daramola said “this is not panicking measure on our path,this is a game plan, there is a plan to turn this state into an orgy of violence. Daramola said he was not objecting to Fayose being given protection, but noted that it should be done within the confines of the law. The lawmaker hinted that the organisation intends to write a protest letter to the police,the SSS and the National Assembly.
